Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of wire rod tested for tensile strength (≥350 MPa) and zinc purity (≥99.95%) before production. Rejected material is returned with documented evidence.
In-Process Control
Wire diameter, mesh opening, and weld shear strength checked every 2 hours by IPQC team with calibrated digital calipers and tensile testers.
Pre-Shipment Testing
Zinc coating thickness measured by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) on 5% of each lot, compliant with ASTM A390 (≥60 g/m² for poultry fence).
3rd-Party Verification
SGS, BV, and TUV inspection available on request. We pay the inspection cost when order value exceeds USD 30,000.
